When in the hospital receiving treatment for my brain tumor therapy dogs came. I had always wanted a dog but they encouraged the thought. My parents promised me that once I finished treatments I could get a dog. Minno was born while I was on my Make A Wish trip and has been with me since the July 4th 2011. She is my best friend and has taken care of me through all my ups and downs.
